Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially astute, globally minded Senior Licensing Manager who understands how to turn youth IP into a meaningful and scalable business.

You are likely someone who has -

8+ years experience in licensing or entertainment IP businesses.

Significantly contributed to the licensing strategy with a youth, family or entertainment IP brand.

Negotiated licensing agreements across toys, apparel, publishing or adjacent categories.

Explicit experience with big box retailers

Deep understanding of international licensing regulations

Operated across multiple territories and understands the nuances of international expansion.
