Permanent, Full Time 3-4 12 hour shifts each week

Wrexham

Are you a dedicated care professional ready to take the next step in management? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our supported living service and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent care delivery to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will

•

Manage and support the staff team on shift, providing clear direction, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care is delivered consistently.

•

Manage rota planning and staffing levels, allocating 121 support hours, and ensuring shifts are safely covered with appropriately trained team members.

•

Support staff development and performance, including competency oversight, supervision support, promoting best practice, and fostering a positive, professional team culture.

•

Oversee daily operational standards, ensuring care plans and risk assessments are followed, documentation is accurate, and all tasks, safety checks and quality requirements are completed to a high standard.
