Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Burger Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with local market preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory , and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work .

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, cook, and present a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and related food items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.

-Develop new burger concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.

-Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pastry items.

-Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.

-Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.

-Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

-Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.

-Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required.

-Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory .

-Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Burger Chef, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market .

-Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA .

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

-Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation and flavor development.

Portfolio Requirement

-Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.

-Portfolio may include high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or samples of signature products.

-Experience working with , , restaurants, hotels, or Burger brands in KSA is highly preferred.
