🔍 CRM & Sales Operations Lead
📍 Location : Hybrid 🕓 Type : Full-time
QbD Group is scaling its commercial engine, and we need the operational backbone to match our growth ambitions. As CRM & Sales Operations Lead, you sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution. You will be directly supporting the CCO and owning the systems, processes, and data that make the sales and marketing engine run.
You'll own the GTM tech stack, shape how we use data to drive pipeline decisions, and be the go-to person who ensures HubSpot is not just maintained but genuinely leveraged.
You'll have real proximity to commercial leadership and strategic decisions. The CCO will rely on you directly, which means your work will be visible and impactful from day one.

🏢 What you’ll be doing
CRM & GTM Tech Stack
•
Own HubSpot, our CRM system, end-to-end: architecture, data model, lifecycle & deal stages, properties, workflows, and integrations; all aligned to QbD's solution-based GTM model
•
Define and execute the GTM tech stack strategy — evaluating tools, managing vendors, and ensuring the stack is fit for purpose as QbD scales
•
Lead HubSpot onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for the sales and marketing teams
•
Lead data quality improvement efforts, maintain data hygiene standards and enforce CRM governance so leadership can trust the numbers
•
Ultimately, you develop and execute a CRM vision and roadmap: how does HubSpot enable our sales strategy execution, what does best in class look like, and which capabilities we build next
Sales Operations
•
Build and maintain the commercial reporting layer: pipeline dashboards, forecast accuracy, activity metrics, win/loss analysis
•
Support the CCO with deal reviews, sales meetings, business reviews, as well as sales budgets, objectives and incentive plans
•
Document and optimize sales processes across the sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification criteria to pipeline stage definitions and handoff processes between marketing, sales, and operations
•
Identify friction points in the commercial process and drive removal; own ad hoc commercial projects that require someone who can think and execute
•
Act as a thought partner on GTM initiatives — bringing data and operational perspective to strategy conversations
💪 What you bring
•
3 to 5 years in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue operations (B2B)
•
Strong HubSpot expertise
•
Comfortable building reports and dashboards. Analytical mindset
•
Understands the full B2B sales funnel and commercial context, not only the tool
•
Structured, detail-oriented, proactive communicator
•
Comfortable with AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation
•
Life sciences, consulting, or professional services experience is a plus
