Job description

Position Summary

Videndum is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our U.S. locations. This role will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple U.S. locations.

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.

Create and manage job requisitions in TeamTailor.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews.

Provide candidate recommendations and timely feedback to hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure all applicants receive timely disposition and follow-up communications.

Support recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including manufacturing, operations, professional, finance and corporate roles preferred.

Experience using applicant tracking systems; TeamTailor experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual interview platforms.

Contract Details

Six to Nine-month fixed term assignment.

Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on hiring volume.
