The Opportunity
Love data, systems, and solving problems? Join NZME’s Commercial Operations team as a CRM Support Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in managing the data that connects our sales systems and supporting the day-to-day use of our Commercial HubSpot CRM across the business.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for CRM Operations ticket and data management, support & troubleshooting, training and testing
•
Manage CRM Operations ticketing queues - including account setup, ownership changes, updates and queries.
•
Maintain accurate, high-quality data aligned to business rules.
•
Monitor HubSpot CRM dashboards, resolve data issues and support ongoing data improvements.
•
Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes, tools and system performance.
•
Deliver onboarding and refresher training, and assist in the maintenance of clear, user-friendly training materials.
•
Support User Acceptance Testing of systems.
About you
•
Experience in administration, working with data, and/or systems support
•
Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and quality
•
Confident working with systems (CRM experience helpful but not essential)
•
A natural problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and improving processes
•
Clear communicator who can support and train users effectively
•
Collaborative, approachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
