Founded in 2017, ThrustMe is a pioneering space technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems for small satellites. We are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. Our clients across the US, Europe, and Asia trust us to design and deliver high-performance, precision-engineered propulsion systems that push technological boundaries while meeting demanding timelines and budgets. We made history in 2019 and 2020 with the world’s first in-orbit demonstrations of iodine-fueled electric propulsion systems. Today, we are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive B2B Sales Coordinator (M/F) to support our commercial team. This role is not just about assisting; it is about fueling our sales efforts and propelling the team forward. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by helping us identify opportunities, connect with clients, and enhance our presence in the global market. Key responsibilities
Sales operations (35%)
•
Maintain accurate CRM and prospect databases.
•
Create and update sales materials, presentations, and customer briefs.
•
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Customer engagement (30%)
•
C oordinate customer interactions, including NDAs, shipment notifications, and commercial follow-ups.
•
Co ordinate meeting organisation between customers and team members.
•
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Events & industry presence (20%)
•
O rganise and support ThrustMe's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
•
Coordinate event logistics, customer meetings, and post-event follow-up.
Market intelligence (15%)
•
Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and market developments, sharing relevant insights with the commercial team.
•
Identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
Skills and qualifications
•
Strong passion for learning and innovation
•
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English/French.
•
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, coupled with familiarity with CRMs and project management tools.
•
A proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
It's a plus if you already have
•
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
•
Experience with CRMs or project management tools
•
Interest in space technology and the commercial space industry.
