Responsibilities
•
Support the Controlling function by taking on delegated responsibilities, including revenue analysis, variable cost and overhead control, as well as other assigned tasks
•
Provide analytical support to senior plant staff to optimize both operational and financial performance
•
Monitor plant operations and investment activities, identifying and reporting issues relevant to the Controlling function
•
Assist with monthly stock takes and collaborate with plant staff to validate and resolve stock take discrepancies
•
Coordinate the collection of assumptions for BOM usage, scrap rates, line speeds, and other key metrics for periodic forecasts. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in a Finance-related field
•
At least one-year experience in the same role or in cost controlling
•
Proven experience working with SAP is required
•
Proficient in English with a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and others
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
•
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•
Possesses strong analytical and synthesis skills
•
Proactively identify and drive improvements in cost control
Travel Required
This position is primarily based at the Ho Chi Minh City office and the Hiep Phuoc plant.
However, travel to the Hai Phong plant will be required as part of the role. Travel frequency may vary depending on needs, but it is expected to occur on a monthly basis or as necessary to support operational and business requirements.
