The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Health, Safety and Environment ( HSE) Advisor to support our site teams and drive a proactive, high-performing safety culture across our projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out on site, working closely with Site Managers, trades and subcontractors - identifying risks, improving systems and ensuring best practice safety outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct site inspections, audits and safety engagement activities
•
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions in real time
•
Support site teams with toolbox talks and safety initiatives
•
Assist with incident investigations and reporting
•
Review SWMS and support contractor onboarding
•
Contribute to continuous improvement of safety systems and processes
•
Support ISO accreditation and broader compliance initiatives
About You
•
Experience in construction (commercial or residential)
•
Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
•
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and compliance requirements
•
Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships on site
•
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
•
White Card and Driver’s Licence
