CENTRAL STOCK AND INVENTORY MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage central warehouse and all inbound/outbound inventory operations.
• Oversee implementation and management of centralized inventory software.
• Ensure SOPs are followed at outlet level and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with purchasing for stock forecasts and minimize waste.
• Generate inventory reports and support Finance with accurate data.
• Train outlet teams and build a strong culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management (preferably F&B/hospitality).
• Familiarity with inventory software like MarketMan, MC, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, proactivity, and adaptability.
• Experience leading a team across multiple locations is a plus.
