Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice generation.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors (KDs) to support business growth and retention.
- Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
- Support sales operations by tracking order status, sales performance, and distribution activities.
- Prepare analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors, and transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 1– 2 years post NYSC experience in customer service Operations preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good analytical skills.
