Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sustainable B2B sales channels by identifying new business opportunities across local and international markets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retail partners, and corporate customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and long-term business growth.
  • Represent the company during business meetings, trade exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Coordinate order processing, customer support, logistics follow-up, and timely delivery with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and payment follow-up.
  • Support management with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking against agreed KPIs.
  • Support export business activities and international customer management where applicable.
  • Timely order fulfillment and delivery performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or market development, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Experience managing distributor, wholesale, or corporate customer relationships.
  • Export sales or international business exposure is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of sales operations, order management, and customer service processes.
