Registered Behavioral Technician
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Position Overview As an RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, support skill development, and help create positive and meaningful learning experiences. We are committed to providing our team with the training, resources, and support needed to feel confident and successful in their role. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate and timely session data
- Assist clients with communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team meetings as required
- Complete documentation and session notes accurately and on time
- Follow all ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of RBT experience required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
- Passion for helping children and families
- Ability to receive and implement feedback from supervisors
