About the Role
The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, outdoor work and can cope with the elements. Industry experience is an asset, but we also invite those who are new to the industry to apply. Our training system will have you up to speed and ready for advancement in no time. Ideal candidates for this role posses a high level of conscientiousness, are committed to quality and enjoy working in a team.
Responsilbilities
- Participate in ensuring the properties we maintain look great after every visit.
- Weed and cultivate garden beds.
- Mow and line trim lawns.
- Clean and maintain all hardscape and paved surfaces on the property.
- Clean and maintain other landscape elements, including patio furniture and custom metal work.
- Maintain shrubs, perennials, annual plantings.
- Hedging
- Installation of seasonal plantings and garden renovations as required.
- Basic irrigation repairs and maintenance.
What You Bring
- 2 years of Landscape maintenance experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to customer service.
- The ability to safely operate powered equipment (e.g. line trimmers and lawnmowers).
- A commitment both to safety, and the safety of the team.
- Preference given to certified landscape technicians and those possessing horticulture related education or who have or are working towards their Red Seal.
- An interest in a career in horticulture is considered an asset.
- A driver’s license with a safe driving record and being comfortable driving trucks is an asset.

Job Details
- Permanent, full time work February to December.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
- Job site locations in Vancouver and West Vancouver.
