Sales Support
Job description
- Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage and update CRM system with customer information, opportunities, and pipeline status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, operations) to ensure timely response to client requests.
- Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, and feedback.
- Support in drafting contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information (EV chargers, solar rooftop, and related solutions).
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed deals to project execution teams.
- Provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams.
