We are currently seeking a Support Services Manager to join our Support Services Department. This is a meaningful opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping others live healthier, more independent lives. As a Support Services Manager will plan and coordinate a broad range of administrative support services to help the organization operate efficiently and professionally, which includes business analytics, client relationships, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage Support Services Department, including, but not limited to, overseeing productivity to ensure smooth operations within operational and program guidelines.
•
Supervise Support Services Supervisors, who will have responsibility for Intake Operations, Single Entry Point (SEP), pre-certification, pre-authorization, customer service, scheduling, other office management duties, scanning operations and document destruction.
•
Manage projects for the Company ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately and on time.
•
Set goals and deadlines for the department and hold employees accountable for successful adherence.
•
Develop, manage, and monitor business records and documents.
•
Recommend changes to policies or procedures to improve operations, such as how to improve recordkeeping.
•
Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities.
•
Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures.
•
Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.
•
Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc.
Minimum Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field strongly preferred. Plus, one (1) year related experience required.
•
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization, including executive level.
•
Ability to coordinate scheduling and task allocation across large groups of employees.
•
Demonstrated strong attention-to-detail and project management skills.
•
Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills.
•
Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with suite of Microsoft Office and Sales, CRM or Marketing programs.
•
Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by State law.
