Overview

Reports to the Client Services Manager

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Provide quotes for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Additional duties as required or needed
  • Perform any other duties as required or needed.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary with a business background preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Client Services experience
  • Experience with costing/quotes
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-directed
