We at OneArc are a well-established company specializing in the development of world-leading, game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. Our mission is to advance the industry by leveraging the latest technologies and trends, including whole-world simulation, virtual reality, motion tracking, and AI.
We're looking for a TA partner to join our HR team in Prague. In this role. In this role, you will own the talent acquisition function - from sourcing to offer. You will be working with the hiring teams to ensure hiring process moves along swiftly and we are not ghosting candidates. I expect you to keep coming up with ideas for new tools that will help further speed up and automate hiring processes wherever it makes sense.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned requisitions across various departments, including intake meetings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Smart, AI-Powered Sourcing: Hunt down top-tier passive talent. You'll use a mix of classic networking, advanced search techniques, and modern AI tools to discover and engage candidates who aren't even looking yet.
- Employer Branding: Join forces with our Marketing team to tell our company's story. You'll help brainstorm authentic social media content, build talent communities, and represent us at industry events.
- Hiring Manager Coaching: Be the talent expert in the room. You'll guide our managers on market trends, interview best practices, and how to hire fairly and effectively.
- Tech & Operations: Keep our ATS squeaky clean and constantly look for ways to work smarter. You'll leverage AI to help automate scheduling, draft outreach messaging, or streamline resume screening so you can spend more time actually talking to people.
Objectives
- Decrease Time-to-Hire: Streamline internal hiring workflows and build continuous talent pipelines to efficiently fill critical and recurring roles.
- Elevate Quality of Hire: Ensure a rigorous, fair, and inclusive assessment process that brings in top-tier talent aligned with both technical requirements and company values.
- Boost Employer Brand Visibility: Successfully launch joint initiatives with the Marketing team to increase inbound applications, follower engagement on professional networks, and overall brand awareness in the talent market.
- Optimize Candidate Experience: Achieve high candidate satisfaction by ensuring transparent, timely, and respectful communication from application to onboarding.
Skills
- Modern Sourcing: You know your way around traditional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, but you're also comfortable experimenting with AI assistants, talent mapping software, and creative outreach tactics.
- Tech Fluency: Strong experience with major Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and a genuine curiosity for the latest HR technology.
- Storytelling & Marketing: You get how to sell a company's vision and know what makes a compelling recruitment campaign or social media post.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills. You can easily connect with people, whether you're closing a hesitant candidate or guiding a demanding hiring manager.
- Agility: You stay cool under pressure and can juggle multiple open roles, stakeholder meetings, and branding projects without dropping the ball.
