As part of our expansion in Uzbekistan, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead to build and execute the local marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support the growth of our products and services in the market.
Position Overview
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to position CityPay.io as a leading fintech and crypto brand in Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Support sustainable sales growth through effective marketing channels and campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry trend analysis.
Monitor developments in fintech, payments, crypto, and digital assets sectors.
Identify target audiences and develop effective communication and positioning strategies.
Generate actionable insights to support business and product decisions.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage performance marketing activities, including paid media, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Brand Management
Develop and maintain brand identity, visual standards, and communication guidelines.
Strengthen CityPay.io's positioning in the Uzbekistan market.
Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Build and manage local community engagement initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Lead the development and optimization of the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, CRM communications, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Utilize marketing automation tools and customer segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, media partners, content creators, and marketing vendors.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Business Development, and Executive teams.
Ensure efficient allocation and management of marketing budgets.
Events & Partnerships
Represent CityPay.io at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and fintech forums.
Support partnership marketing initiatives with key stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
Organize and coordinate local marketing events, webinars, and community activities.
AI-Driven Marketing & Innovation
Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve marketing productivity, content creation, campaign optimization, customer insights, and analytics.
Utilize generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for content development, research, campaign planning, and workflow automation.
Implement AI-powered marketing practices to enhance customer acquisition, personalization, and engagement.
Stay current with emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing operations and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership or senior-level marketing roles.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, technology, crypto, or digital products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- AI fluency and practical experience using AI-powered tools for marketing and business purposes.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
