Accounting Assistant Manager

Job DescriptionObjectives of this role / About the job: Accounting managers oversee the accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting. Accounting managers generally have several direct reports and work to allocate tasks evenly across the team. Accounting managers are responsible for driving team performance and getting the most out of individual contributors. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Plan and execute financial models and leading forecasting/budgeting initiatives
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Daily reporting. Analysing targets. Meeting with department heads. Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
• Consolidate financial reports from all related companies
• Oversee and maintain Accounting and Tax Requirement to ensure that Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Financial Statement and Group Consolidation are prepared properly and in compliance with PAE accounting standard
