This is a junior-level sales role designed to give you industry-leading training, real earning potential, and clear progression. You’ll start your journey within the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team , learning how to engage customers, generate revenue, and build strong commercial foundations.

With performance, dedication and the right mindset, you’ll have clear progression opportunities into Inside Sales, Operations or Technology

  • Base salary: £26,436.80
  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Average SDR earnings: circa £40,000 OTE

As a Junior Sales Executive (SDR), you’ll combine outstanding customer service with commercial awareness:

  • Speaking with new customers via phone, email and web chat
  • Identifying sales opportunities and generating revenue
  • Building strong, meaningful customer relationships
  • Working towards clear revenue and customer satisfaction targets
  • Accurately updating all activity in the CRM system
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience every time
