Weâre excited to launch a brand new role within the business â Field Sales Partnerships Consultant đ
This newly created position has been designed to strengthen our local merchant relationships, drive new business growth, and increase integrated payments adoption through a more hands-on, field-first approach.
Weâre looking for commercially driven, relationship-focused people who enjoy being out in the field, building genuine connections, and creating opportunities through proactive sales activity đź
đ About the role
Youâll take ownership of a defined territory, working directly with local businesses to identify opportunities, deliver face-to-face demos, and convert leads into long-term customers.
A major focus of the role is re-engaging aged and unconverted opportunities, generating self-sourced leads, and positioning integrated payments as a core part of every solution.
Alongside winning new business, youâll also play a part in supporting merchants through the early stages of their journey to help improve activation, engagement, and long-term success đ¤
đĽ What youâll be doing
- Owning and developing a local territory
- Re-engaging aged and unconverted leads
- Winning new business through face-to-face meetings and demos
- Selling EPOS systems, integrated payments, and terminals
- Building a self-generated pipeline through walk-ins, referrals, networking, and local canvassing
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to Go Live support
- Working closely with Inside Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams
- Supporting merchants during onboarding to improve activation and retention
