Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving commercial growth?
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team , taking ownership of a portfolio of customers ranging from £2m to £10m+ turnover.
This is a sales role focused on retention, account growth and maximising customer value. You will be responsible for growing revenue across your portfolio through strategic account management, product adoption, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximise the value of Epos Now's products and services.
What you'll be doing 👇
📈 Growing account revenue through upselling, cross-selling and product adoption
🤝 Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
📊 Developing and maintaining strategic account plans
🎯 Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Reviews
💳 Driving adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products
🚀 Identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion
📣 Acting as the voice of the customer within Epos Now
📝 Maintaining accurate pipeline, account plans and customer activity within Salesforce
⚠️ Identifying and managing churn risks before they impact retention
🤝 Working with Product, Service and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

✅ Proven sales experience is essential
✅ Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts
✅ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
✅ Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting activity
