Supply Chain Manager 3

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at Emerson Process Management Marine Systems (Shanghai).

This role is responsible for integrating demand planning, production planning (MPS/MRP), purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics to ensure supply chain visibility, resilience, and efficiency. You will drive cost optimization, mitigate supply risks, and improve customer satisfaction through both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to balance demand, capacity, and material availability while continuously improving supply chain performance and operational responsiveness.
