Dental Assistant/Receptionist |Lumino Main Street| Casual

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumino Main Street.

In this multi-trained role, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our practice running smoothly, supporting our clinicians chairside and ensuring every patient has a warm, professional experience from the moment they walk in.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside support to clinicians during a variety of dental procedures
• Managing instrument sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards
• Greeting patients, managing appointment bookings, and handling payments
• Assisting with patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused practice culture

You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of helping patients feel comfortable and cared for ,and the variety of working both front-of-house and behind the scenes with a supportive, experienced team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist (preferred)
• Experience in sterilisation or infection control (advantageous)
• A warm, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems quickly
• A genuine passion for helping people and contributing to a team environment
