We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally strong Senior Manager to lead Vendors and Scaled Programs within the Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates (SPA) business. This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, operational excellence and vendor governance.

This role requires a leader who can operate vendors as scaled business partners with clear governance frameworks, accountability models, and operational discipline, while enabling autonomy within defined guardrails. The Senior Manager will balance commercial priorities with operational execution to deliver revenue growth, scalable servicing and operational efficiency.

The role works closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and vendor stakeholders to drive business outcomes and build scalable operational capabilities across the vendor ecosystem. The role will also directly manage a team of three, requiring strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own business performance outcomes across vendor-supported programs, including revenue delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and partner performance.
  • Develop scalable governance frameworks that enable vendors to operate with autonomy while maintaining accountability to business objectives and operational standards.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and monetisation initiatives across affiliate and partner ecosystems.
  • Drive business reviews, forecasting, prioritisation, and strategic planning across vendor portfolios.
  • Build operational frameworks that allow vendors to independently manage day-to-day execution within clearly defined SOPs, SLAs, governance structures, and escalation pathways.
  • Drive vendor accountability through structured governance, performance management, quality oversight, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset across internal and external teams.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through strong business acumen, operational credibility, and structured communication.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management or scaled operational environment
  • Solid experiences in growing accounts and driving business development within the affiliate marketing, airline, travel technology/ distribution or finance industry
  • Strong understanding of the digital world, customer needs and have the ability to

identify unmet or emerging needs

  • Prior people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational governance, service delivery models, and scalable operational frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue priorities and operational execution.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation capabilities.
