A Project Manager is responsible for facilitating communication between clients and the creative team, ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects. This role involves hosting creative kick-off calls, communicating with clients, tracking project status, managing resources, and resolving conflicts to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, strong critical thinking skills, and a flexible approach to problem solving. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2 to 3 years of business experience. 2+ years in a client facing role. Experience and knowledge in Project Management software and or technology solutions are desirable. Experience using Jira is strongly desired. Experience in managing high-velocity, short-term projects from start to finish. Experience within an agency environment is strongly desired. Experience working with European or North American clients is a plus. Duties & Responsibilities: Client Communication Communicating directly with the client regarding creative project updates. Host creative kick-off calls between the client and creative team. Serve as liaison between the client and creative team regarding creative project updates. Build relationships with clients within your project portfolio. Project Facilitation Coordinating on-time delivery of all aspects of successful creative projects. Creative project task setup and deployment. Providing coordination and decision support of multiple team members assigned to a project. Tracking, reporting, and managing status from multiple team members on multiple projects. Ensuring that all staff involved on assigned projects are coordinated in an effective way. Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues through operational risk management. Providing timely, relevant, and accurate information to enable effective decision-making at all levels. Managing creative project performance targets of project scope, objectives, checkpoints, and budget. Managing resource availability to avoid under/over-allocation. Ensuring that all assigned projects deliver desired benefits on time and within scope. Facilitating the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress against key milestones. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Required Skills/Abilities: Professional and positive approach. Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection-handling skills. Strong ability to build relationships and rapport. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite tools. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and facilitative. Ability to multitask. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to be flexible and adaptable. Ability to prioritize based on need. Strong business acumen. Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
