Associate Producer

Main responsibilities

• Work with management and production team to ensure products success
• Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to deliver high quality products
• Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules, including feature, discipline, and bi-weekly updates
• Report: Create and distribute reports detailing progress, success and failures of updates and features
• Tracking: creating roadmaps of features, sprint plans, burn-down charts, retrospectives and post mortems
• Arrange, moderate meetings and generate action items
• Process Improvement: Create processes which scale to meet the needs of the development team
• Meeting support: Create and schedule meetings that have clear agendas and objectives
• Daily Stand Ups: Follow up with teams daily to ensure deliverables are being met
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Minimum requirements

• 1-3 years working as a project manager (or equivalent) in the video game industry
• Proficiency with documentation and presentation software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong project and time management skills, with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, positive, and team oriented
• Passion for developing high quality games
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with people, process and problems

Pluses

• Degree in Business Management, Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Experience in Agile Game Management and best practices
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
