Web Developer - Front End/REST APIs - 8+ yrs of Experience (PARTIAL TELEWORK) - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required - BT Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Web Developer to join our team. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD/Hybrid Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework dependent on tasking) Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI Polygraph: Required Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is 175K-180K (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Requirements Four (4) or more years of experience with web application and/or front-end languages and technologies Experience developing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services Full Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) experience that includes Analyzing and translating user requirements into software requirements A combination of both new software development and capabilities enhancement Software Integration (new and existing systems) Troubleshooting, debugging and defects correction. Creation and editing of software system documentation Assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components Qualifications A Master's degree with five (5) years of software engineering experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university OR a High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of software engineering experience.
