1.⁠ ⁠Develop and execute a bespoke content strategy across all digital platforms, tailored to each audience segment 2.⁠ ⁠⁠Create compelling original content (copy, graphics, video briefs) and maintain a consistent content calendar 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Lead on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research and technical audits 4.⁠ ⁠⁠Manage all social media accounts with a growth-first mindset, focused on follower growth, reach, and engagement 5.⁠ ⁠⁠Analyze social and website performance metrics and refine strategy based on data 6.⁠ ⁠⁠Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for ROI 7.⁠ ⁠⁠Track and report on key KPIs: traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, follower growth, and engagement 8.⁠ ⁠⁠Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep content visible and effective Nice to Have 1.⁠ ⁠Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) 2.⁠ ⁠⁠Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership management 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation Video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
