1. Develop and execute a bespoke content strategy across all digital platforms, tailored to each audience segment 2. Create compelling original content (copy, graphics, video briefs) and maintain a consistent content calendar 3. Lead on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research and technical audits 4. Manage all social media accounts with a growth-first mindset, focused on follower growth, reach, and engagement 5. Analyze social and website performance metrics and refine strategy based on data 6. Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for ROI 7. Track and report on key KPIs: traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, follower growth, and engagement 8. Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep content visible and effective Nice to Have 1. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) 2.
