Summary: The Administrative Officer plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of the office by managing day-to-day administrative functions. This position ensures organizational continuity by maintaining accurate records, overseeing inventory and supplies, facilitating communication, and contributing to the successful execution of events and initiatives. The officer serves as a key operational backbone, enabling teams to focus on core objectives through reliable, proactive, and compliant administrative support. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain seamless office operations and a well-organized work environment. Manage, classify, and maintain office records, files, and documentation with emphasis on accessibility and security. Monitor office supply levels and coordinate timely procurement or replenishment to prevent disruptions. Assist in the preparation, filing, and tracking of administrative reports and essential documentation. Maintain up-to-date asset registers and support the inventory management of office equipment and supplies. Facilitate communication with vendors, manage service requests, and ensure timely follow-up on administrative transactions. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, workshops, training sessions, and other organizational activities. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all administrative functions. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor to advance organizational objectives.
