Job description

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to drive adoption of solutions focused on Scope 3 Carbon Accounting and Value Chain ESG Risk Assessments. The role involves working with large enterprises to help them understand and manage emissions and ESG risks across their supply chains and value chains. The candidate should be comfortable engaging sustainability, procurement, compliance, and strategy leaders while positioning technology platforms and advisory solutions that enable organizations to measure and mitigate Scope 3 emissions and supply chain ESG risks. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales Identify and qualify enterprise prospects requiring Scope 3 carbon accounting and supply chain ESG risk assessment solutions. Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across sectors with complex value chains such as manufacturing, automotive, metals, consumer goods, and retail. Conduct discovery discussions to understand supply chain emissions, ESG risks, and compliance pressures. Advisory-Led Solution Selling Engage with enterprise stakeholders including Sustainability Heads, Procurement Leaders, Supply Chain Teams, Compliance Leaders, and Strategy Teams. Position technology platforms alongside ESG advisory insights to help organizations measure and reduce Scope 3 emissions. Translate supply chain ESG risks and carbon footprint challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. Develop proposals combining software platform capabilities and advisory support where applicable. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Market Intelligence Track evolving Scope 3 accounting standards, supply chain sustainability regulations, and ESG disclosure requirements. Provide market insights on client needs, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Internal Collaboration Work closely with product, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery. Provide feedback from customer engagements to improve product-market alignment. Requirements Experience Total work experience: 2–3 years Minimum 1 year experience in B2B SaaS sales Mandatory domain experience in sustainability / ESG / climate technology / environmental reporting Advisory Exposure (Preferred) Candidates with exposure to sustainability advisory, ESG consulting, supply chain sustainability, or climate reporting engagements will be preferred. Mandatory Skills Enterprise prospecting and pipeline development Consultative B2B SaaS sales capability Stakeholder engagement across sustainability, procurement, and supply chain teams Strong presentation and communication skills Understanding of sustainability regulations and ESG reporting concepts Ideal Candidate Profile A proactive enterprise sales professional with early-stage experience in sustainability SaaS and exposure to supply chain ESG or climate compliance environments, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving adoption of Scope 3 carbon accounting and value chain ESG risk assessment solutions.
