Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Lead enterprise sales initiatives and manage key client relationships. Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies. Business Development Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify emerging market trends and recommend new service offerings. Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Operations Management Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. Coordinate between departments such as sales, delivery, finance, HR, and marketing. Implement operational frameworks and best practices to improve productivity. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve performance goals. Develop KPIs and performance metrics for departments. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Strategic Planning Work closely with executive leadership to align business strategy with organizational goals. Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans. Support long-term growth initiatives including partnerships and market expansion. Requirements Key Skills & Competencies Strategic sales leadership Business development and client acquisition Operations management Team leadership and mentoring Negotiation and contract management Data-driven decision making Strong communication and stakeholder management Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, and operations leadership. Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology services is preferred. Preferred Experience Experience working with enterprise clients. Exposure to digital transformation, cloud solutions, or CRM platforms. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
