Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure Maintain and update leads, opportunities, accounts, and activities in Salesforce CRM Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients Prepare and share regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts Collaborate with marketing, presales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory) Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and opportunity tracking Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build report with customers and close deals effectively Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Benefits Attractive incentive
