The Position… Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, while you establish and maintain successful business relationships of your own with builders, project managers, construction teams and private homeowners throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast regions. You will need to demonstrate industry experience and be determined to succeed. The position will see you provide technical advice and produce timely quotations, while penetrating key accounts and executing the sale. Throughout your dedication to perform, you will be required to consistently update relevant information into the database and produce reporting based on the industry sectors for growth, while presenting key indicators upon the development of your pipeline, your team and the latest sales achievements. The Ideal Candidate… Has multiple years of sales/ management experience in the construction or roofing industry. Self-motivated, results-driven and determined to succeed. Demonstrates technical knowledge of roofing systems, products and services. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management, organisational and prioritising skills.
