Job description
The Customer Service / Sales Closer will handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and convert leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate must be confident in communication, good at negotiation, and able to build trust quickly with clients. Key Responsibilities Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. Explain company services clearly and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Record customer interactions and update CRM systems. Handle objections and close sales effectively. Work closely with marketing and operations teams. Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field. Proven experience in customer service or sales (preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confident, friendly, and target-driven personality. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, or similar tools is an added advantage. Good knowledge of social media communication (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
