Job Overview: The Restaurant Supervisor supports the restaurant management team by overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a efficient work environment. They supervise staff, assist with training, and ensure that service standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness are upheld. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service. Lead, motivate, and oversee restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to team members. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to meet company standards. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment. Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs. Promote a positive work environment and teamwork among staff. Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in food service or hospitality, with supervisory responsibilities preferred. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
