JOB PURPOSE To provide administrative, technical, and commercial support to the Technical Sales team by assisting with quotations, tenders, costing, documentation, and client coordination within the electrical engineering and automation environment. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales by ensuring accurate pricing, compliant tender submissions, and efficient sales operations QUALIFICATION: Matric (Grade 12) N4-N6 Certificate in Electrical Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electronics (Advantage) ECSA Candidate or APMP (Advantage) Requirements EXPERIENCE: § At least 1-2 years of formal estimating experience on industrial electrical projects. § Technical sales administration § Tender administration § Costing or BOQ environments § Electrical Engineering or Automation industry exposure KNOWLEDGE: § Basic tender/contractual processes, requirements, and terminology § Cost and work package estimation techniques § Electrical distribution systems § Automation systems (PLC, SCADA, VSDs) § Control panels and instrumentation § Reading electrical schematics and GA drawings § BOQs and tender documentation
