Job description

As a Campaign & Account Executive, you will manage the end-to-end execution of client campaigns while owning client servicing and account maintenance tasks. You will act as the key liaison between our internal teams, external partners/freelancers and clients to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deliver against KPIs, and renewals are proactively managed. You will work closely with the Sales Director to support renewals and growth of existing accounts. This role is open only to candidates based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign & Client Delivery Set up project dashboards in Asana for each new campaign: define tasks, deadlines, assign resources, monitor progress. Coordinate internal (content, design, ad-buy) and external (freelancers, partners) resources to fulfill campaign deliverables on schedule. Monitor campaign accuracy and performance against KPIs; identify issues early and propose corrective actions. Maintain and update master sheets for article listings, client data, campaign status. Create and review campaign performance reports; present insights to internal teams and clients. Ensure the ad-buy team / person-in-charge provides timely updates on running ads. Conduct monthly content reviews of published work (articles, listings, videos) for quality and alignment. Collect and analyze NPS or client feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas. 2. Sales Support & Proposal Research Assist the Sales Director with proposal development via market research and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush). Provide data, insights, case study content or campaign background to support sales proposals. 3. Client & Partner Relations and Renewals Maintain the client/partner database and update campaign-related details in Zoho CRM. Publish monthly B2B e-DMs (electronic direct mail) for partner/client outreach. Assist the Sales Director in setting up meetings with new leads and key accounts; participate in key client meetings. New addition: Proactively reach out to existing clients to schedule renewal discussions with the Sales Director; ensure renewal opportunities are tracked and prepared ahead of contract expiry. 4. Freelancer & Community Management Scout and onboard freelance writers and content creators aligned with the brand voice. Maintain a database of freelancers (skills, rates, performance); monitor their output and collaborate on content delivery. Support quality control of freelance-delivered work. 5. Design & Collateral Support (Ad-hoc) Curate design materials and marketing collateral as required. Maintain an organized asset library and manage files/folders for campaign materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or related field. Experience (ideally 2-4 years) in campaign operations, account servicing, or client management in a marketing/agency environment. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho). Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from campaign data and draw actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable setting up client meetings and supporting renewals. Organized and detail-oriented: able to manage multiple campaigns/clients concurrently. Executives with events management experience preferred Desired: Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush), content operations, freelancer management.
