How will you make an impact?
You will help turn event ideas into real experiences - taking care of budgets, working with designers, managing production with suppliers, and making sure everything is ready before the event begins. Your role is key to making sure the event space is both creative and well-organized.
What you will do?
•
Plan and control production budgets to stay within limits
•
Work with 3D designers to choose the best materials and design structures
•
Work with suppliers to get everything we need - stages, lighting, sound, LED screens - and handle all the paperwork
•
Visit event locations to check the space and plan where everything goes
•
Create detailed floor plans so suppliers know exactly where to set up each item
•
Manage the setup process to ensure everything is perfect before clients see it and events begin
•
Coordinate cleanup and removal of all equipment after events finish
What you will need?
•
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as design, architecture, or production
•
At least 1-2 years of experience in event production or a similar field (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
•
Basic understanding of event structures, materials, cost, and timelines
•
Can communicate clearly with both the internal team and external suppliers (structure, light & sound, LED screen)
•
Willing to travel for site visits and supplier coordination
•
Able to work late hours when needed
•
Able to work well with others and open to different ideas
