Junior Legal Consultant (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai

Role Description The Junior Legal Consultant supports the firm's dispute resolution practice by managing court filings, case documentation, and portal submissions across UAE litigation and tenancy jurisdictions. The role coordinates with UAE courts and government authorities to ensure accurate, timely filings and smooth operational delivery across active cases. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit legal documents in Arabic and English Manage case filings and submissions through RDC, Dubai Courts, ADJD, Ministry of Justice, and prosecution systems as required Track case deadlines, maintain organised case files, and ensure timely status updates Support lawyers with case preparation, correspondence, and document drafting Liaise with courts and government authorities on active matters Process tenancy-related documentation through Ejari and Tawtheeq systems Maintain accurate records and flag upcoming deadlines proactively Requirements Requirements Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree (minimum) Experience: Minimum 3 years as Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the UAE Language: Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM Attitude: Professional, polite, resourceful, open-minded, detail-oriented, team player Preferred Experience Experience with DIFC or ADGM Courts portals Background in tenancy or civil litigation matters Familiarity with Ejari or Tawtheeq systems UAE driving licence with own car Benefits What We Offer Competitive tax-free salary aligned with experience UAE employment benefits in line with local regulations Exposure to complex litigation matters across multiple UAE jurisdictions Structured and professional working environment About Astruc & Co.
