Site Supervisor

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites across Canada. You will be responsible for coordinating racking installations, managing subcontractors, ensuring site safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation of warehouse racking systems (pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, etc.) Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and in-house installation teams Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness on site Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to installation teams Perform quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly Communicate project progress with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and incident logs Requirements Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervisory role Basic knowledge of racking systems and warehouse layout principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent leadership and team coordination skills Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Canada Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and certification Supportive, innovative work environment Involvement in industry-leading projects across Canada
