Job Role : ROLE OBJECTIVE The Lead for community & engagement is responsible for the end-to-end design and on-ground execution of member engagement programs. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of strategic planning and direct event management. The primary goal is to drive member stickiness and value through structured networking, professional events, and lifestyle activations across all centers. Event Design & Execution Conceptualize a rolling 12-month community calendar including monthly mixers, quarterly workshops, and annual flagship events. Take full ownership of event logistics: sourcing speakers, managing vendors, coordinating setup, and hosting the sessions. Ensure every event is executed to a high standard of hospitality, focusing on member experience and professional relevance. Partnership & Curation Identify and onboard corporate partners, startups, and service providers to provide exclusive benefits or content to our members. Negotiate contracts with external vendors and agencies to ensure cost-effective delivery within the assigned budget. Community Management Actively facilitate B2B introductions and networking between member companies to foster a collaborative ecosystem. Manage digital engagement via the member directory and internal communication channels. Monitor member feedback and NPS scores post-event to refine the engagement strategy. Budgeting & Reporting Manage the central community budget and ensure transparent reporting on spends. Track and report on key engagement metrics, including event turnout, member participation rates, and impact on renewals. Requirements Prerequisites for the Job Role: Professional Background:8–12 years in Event Management, Hospitality, or Community Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale events independently from scratch. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and public speaking skills. Must be comfortable Operational Discipline: Strong grip on budgeting, vendor negotiation, and project timelines. Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and professional social platforms (LinkedIn/Slack) for community building.
