Conduct thorough analysis of current CRM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations for enhancements, modifications, or new CRM system implementations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience with a focus on CRM systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Lead squared Project management experience is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
