Computer Vision AI Engineer

About the Role: As a Computer Vision AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing computer vision algorithms and models for real-time applications. You will work closely with a global R&D team to create intelligent systems that can analyze visual data, detect objects, track movement, and interpret scenes using cutting-edge AI technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, recognition, tracking, and classification. Develop and optimize deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers, etc.) using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX. Preprocess, annotate, and manage datasets for training and evaluation. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into edge-based or cloud-based platforms. Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous improvements to achieve real-time performance and high accuracy. Research and stay current with the latest advancements in computer vision and artificial intelligence. Document system designs, experiments, and results for internal knowledge sharing and product development. Required qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in computer vision or applied AI projects. Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++. Proficient in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV). Experience with object detection models (e.g., YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN), image classification, or pose estimation. Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model optimization techniques. Familiarity with GPU programming and inference optimization tools (e.g., TensorRT, OpenVINO) is a plus. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate technical ideas clearly. Good command of English (written and spoken) and comfortable working in an international team.
