Frontend Developer Lead

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Frontend Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will lead the frontend engineering team, define technical standards and best practices, and ensure the delivery of intuitive, secure, and enterprise-grade user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, improving code quality, and aligning development efforts with product vision and business objectives. As a senior technical leader, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. You will also participate in architectural reviews, security assessments, and technical decision-making to support scalable and future-ready solutions. This position requires strong leadership capability, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to mentor engineers while maintaining high development standards and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the frontend team, define the technical direction, build scalable web architectures, and ensure high code quality and an excellent user experience. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to frontend engineers. Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Work closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements and assess technical feasibility. Collaborate with Backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery. Participate in architecture reviews and security assessments to maintain system integrity and scalability. Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in frontend development Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with frameworks such as React and Material UI Solid understanding of React Hooks and Typescrypt Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) Deep knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX). Familiarity with automated testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright). Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Understanding of responsive design and performance optimization Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Familiarity with Git, Jest, Cypress, Docker, and CI/CD Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
