Packaging and Field Operations Trainee

Key Responsibilities: Packaging Responsibilities (Primary – 80%):  Packaging, labeling, and sealing of health gummy product samples as per quality, hygiene, and safety standards  Ensuring proper handling, storage, and cleanliness in the packaging area  Verifying batch details, quantities, and reporting discrepancies or quality concerns Field Operations (Secondary – 20%):  Movement and coordination of product samples only between company branches  Supporting internal teams during sample transfers  Assisting with basic field and operational tasks as assigned Other Details:  Engagement as a trainee for the first 6 months  Stipend/Salary during trainee period  After 6 months, an appraisal will be conducted. Based on performance and business requirements, the role can be converted to a full-time position, with revised salary and responsibilities, including possible deployment in the production line Requirements  B.Sc graduates  Freshers are welcome to apply  Comfortable working in a manufacturing unit environment  Comfortable with hands-on packaging work  Willingness to travel occasionally for product sample movement  Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license  Physically fit, detail-oriented, and disciplined  Basic communication and coordination skills Benefits  Travel conveyance within office hours from one branch to another will be reimbursed as per company policy  Opportunity for long-term growth in a growing nutraceutical company  Practical exposure to manufacturing and production operations
