Location: Noida Experience: 2–4 Years Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while ensuring smooth HR processes and efficient office administration. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Manage administrative operations, office facilities, and vendor coordination. Oversee office supplies, asset management, and general administration tasks. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
