Job -Backend Developer (Python/Django + AI) Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Django, and exposure to AI/ML-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating backend systems that power intelligent, data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architecture using Python and Django. · Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications. · Collaborate with frontend, AI, and data teams to deploy machine learning models in production. · Optimize database queries, caching, and overall system performance. · Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of backend systems. · Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of backend workflows. · Work with DevOps tools for deployment and CI/CD automation. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications · 5–8 years of experience in backend development using Python and Django. · Experience in API development, integration, and performance optimization. · Good understanding of AI/ML integration (e.g., model deployment, API consumption). · Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). · Proficiency with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). · Familiarity with asynchronous task management (Celery, Redis). · Solid understanding of REST architecture, authentication, and security principles. · Developed secure backend systems by implementing SSO for seamless authentication and RBAC for controlled access, reducing manual access management and improving compliance. Good to Have · Experience with FastAPI or Flask. · Exposure to data pipelines or AI model lifecycle management. · Knowledge/experience in frontend integration concepts.
