Job description

Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance. Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and organization. Maintain accurate inventory records, updating the system promptly with changes. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment. Ensure all orders are complete and correctly documented. Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange for the dispatch of goods. Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols. Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory changes. Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other key metrics. Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods to maintain product integrity. Implement quality control procedures to uphold high standards of product quality. Preferred - Male Applicants Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics. Behavioral Competencies 1. Organized & Diligent. 2.
